BEHIND THE SCENES (Study in Ruth) - By Kyle Rye
In the book of Ruth, God does not operate through any obvious miracles. There are no physical manifestations of the supernatural. However, that does not mean that God is not active in the story. In Ruth’s story, God works behind the scenes to care for an elderly widow, to unite a couple in marriage, and to build the family of a man after His own heart.
Thus, the hero of the story is not Ruth because she committed herself to Naomi. The hero of the story is not Boaz because he redeemed Ruth as a bride. The hero of the story is not Naomi because she orchestrated the relationship between Boaz and Ruth. The hero of the story is God because of His providential care.
Join us in this study as we explore the story of Ruth and discover the God who works behind the scenes to redeem His people. May Ruth be a reminder to us that no story is ordinary when God is in the story.

REALigion - By Jeremy Pate
What makes something “real?” Although you and I might have different ideas about what this word means, according to the online dictionary, it means: "true; existing or occurring as fact; actual rather than imaginary, ideal, or fictitious; being actually such, not merely so-called; genuine; not counterfeit, artificial, or imitation; unfeigned or sincere."
According to many of the clear teachings of the New Testament, there are “many” religious people who will not enter heaven (Mt. 7:21-23). Why? Because their religion was not REAL (true, genuine, sincere). In this study, we will take a look at some of the teachings of Jesus in an attempt to answer the most important question we can ask ourselves: “Is my religion REAL?”
Let's dig deeper into what God’s Word has to say about our “religion!"

THE GOD WHO SEES - By Kyle Rye
There is an old hymn entitled “Watching You” that spoke of the fact that “there’s an all seeing eye watching you.” Although Scripture does not use that exact language, it does refer to God as one who sees everything. Hebrews 4:13 says, "no creature is hidden from his sight, but all are naked and exposed to the eyes of him to whom we must give account." Should that characteristic of God induce fear among us or should it bring comfort to us? Join us on Sunday mornings at 10:00 a.m. during the month of December as we explore how beautiful and how humbling it is that we have a God who sees.

OWNED BY GOD - By Kyle Rye
Consider for a moment what you own...I mean what you really own. Do you own your house or does the financial company who holds the mortgage own it? Do you really own your property if it can be seized by eminent domain? What if I told you that you really don’t own anything? What if I told you that you are really just a steward of the things that are owned by God? Let's explore what it means to be good stewards because the Bible says, “it is required of stewards that they be found faithful” (1 Corinthians 4:2).
