Hebrews is the letter of BETTER. The author continuously attempts to compare what God offered in the Law of Moses to what He now offers in the Law of Christ. After each point, the writer leaves no doubt there is no comparison to be made; The Law of Christ is BETTER. This letter provides the most encouraging, uplifting, and inspiring message for readers today. God’s sovereignty, providence, and power is displayed throughout the epistle. Hebrews is a beneficial study in the midst of our current trials because we can see God has a plan and is the One who is ultimately in control. This quarter we will investigate how God has, “…in these last days spoken to us by His Son,” Hebrews 1:2.
