Have you ever missed an opportunity? Did it cause you a great deal of regret? If you had the opportunity to face that opportunity again, what would you do differently.
The Bible repeatedly indicates that we will encounter opportunities that we should not miss them. For example, Paul said In Ephesians 5:15-16, “Be very careful, then, how you live—not as unwise but as wise, making the most of every opportunity.” He also said in Colossians 4:5 (NIV), “Be wise in the way you act toward outsiders; make the most of every opportunity.” As 2019 gets underway, let us be reminded of some spiritual opportunities that we will face and let us strive to not miss them.
Look carefully then how you walk, not as unwise but as wise, making the best use of the time, because the days are evil.”
