ABOUT OUR PRISON OUTREACH
The purpose of the Prison Ministry is to share the love of God, His word and plan of salvation to those incarcerated in Georgia. We believe that all are worthy of having the opportunity to turn their lives around, and given a second chance.
Our lessons and corresponcence courses are spread through word of mouth in several of the state and county prisons in Georgia. Individuals request to receive studies. They are then sent a bible and the first set of correspondence courses. Their names are also added to our list to begin receiving Old and then New Testament lessons and monthly devotionals. Our goal is to give them the knowledge and understanding to know God and His will for their lives.
Hundreds of inmates have been reached through this effort with several being baptized and even voluntarily teaching their fellow inmates. In person Bible studies will resume as the Jail Leadership allows.

HOW YOU CAN SERVE
| DEVELOP LESSON OR DEVOTIONAL MATERIALS | • Write short, 2-page devotionals to be mailed to inmates • Develop Bible lessons for future jail study leaders (create your own schedule) |
| MATERIALS & MAILINGS | • Print mass copies for mail outs using the church copier (Monthly) • Assemble lessons for mail outs (Monthly or as needed at your location) • Stuff or stamp envelopes for mail outs (Monthly or as needed at your location) |
| INTERACT BY MAIL | • Grade correspondence courses (Weekly, grading sheets provided) • Write encouragement postcards to inmates (AS needed to Gwinnett Co. Jail Inmates) |
| INTERACT IN PERSON (future need) | • Future group Bible study leader (Weekly for men and women groups • Future group Bible study assistant (Weekly for men and women groups NOTE: Lessons are provided unless you want to create your own. |
| EVERYONE | • Pray for these inmates and this ministry’s efforts. |
